At CureSuper Foods, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality products. Due to the perishable and natural nature of our items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. To process your request, we require your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.
Please note that we are not responsible for products that are not stored properly after delivery or consumed beyond their best before date.
